August SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING

Located at Extra Innings & local fields

This program is put together to improve your running technique and learn methods that will enhance both linear and multi-directional speed and agility.

This clinic will be for the ball players that have the desire to be an effective hitter at the next level. The Extra Innings staff will conduct very detailed and instructive drills to increase the player’s ability, approach, and awareness of different hitting situations.
