Nate Mixon – Extra Innings InstructorNate played ball at Southwood High School where he was named an All Caddo, All District, and All State 2nd baseman. He also played at BPCC where he participated in the National Junior College All Star Game. Nate ended his career at Louisiana Tech University. He is currently the General Manager for Extra Innings- Shreveport, and the lead hitting and fielding instructor. |

Trey Poland – Extra Innings InstructorTrey played ball at Southwood High School where he was named an All District, All City, and All State pitcher. Trey then played at USL where he received awards such as New Comer of the Year, Pitcher of the Year, and All Sunbelt Conference Pitcher 1st Team. He played 7 years in the Houston Astros and Texas Rangers organizations. Trey ended his career in 2004 with the Shreveport Sports. He is currently the Asst. General Manager for Extra Innings- Shreveport, and the lead pitching instructor. |

Rob Harris – Extra Innings InstructorRob played for Loyola College Prep and LSUS. He coached at Loyola from 1999-2007 where he served as the head coach for 4 years. During his time there he won 2 district titles, and made the playoffs 4 consecutive years. He is currently a fielding and hitting instructor. Rob is also our Summer Camp Instructor. |

Matt Greer – Extra Innings InstructorMatt played his high school ball here in town at Evangel where he earned All district, All city and All State honors. After high school Matt went on to play ball at the University of Alabama under coach Jim Wells. Matt decided to transfer to La Tech after his junior year and received all conference honors both his junior and senior year. After finishing his career at Tech Matt was drafted by the LA Dodgers in the 1999 draft, Matt will be head our catchers program and also assist with all hitting instruction. |

Whitney Harrell – Extra Innings InstructorWhitney was the pitcher for the Airline High School Lady Vikings softball team for the last 2 years, and she was the starting center fielder her freshman and sophomore years. Her freshman, sophomore, and senior years she was the leadoff batter for the Lady Vikings, and her junior year she batted 5th. This past year she had the honor of being apart of the Louisiana High School All-Star team in which she got to play against all the best players in the state. She received All-City pitcher of the year her junior and senior years, 1st team All-State her senior year, 1st team All-City her junior and senior years, 1st team All-District all four of her years at Airline, honorable mention All-State her sophomore year, and honorable mention All-City her freshman and sophomore years. She helped lead the Lady Vikings to the 5A State Championship game this past year in which they got State Runner-up. She holds the records for the most wins in a season for Bossier Parish, most career strike-outs at Airline High School, and the only player so far to have received 1st team All-District all for years of high school. She was a Salutatorian of her graduating class in 2007. She currently attends LSU-S, and she is majoring in Community Health to later become a Physical Therapist.. |
